This paper presentation competition offers participants the chance to showcase their research and innovations in the field of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. The event provides a unique platform for budding engineers and researchers to share their insights, get valuable feedback from experts, and make a mark in the evolving world of materials engineering. In the initial stage of the competition, teams will submit a brief abstract on their chosen topic (Stage 1), and if selected, they will advance to the presentation round (Stage 2). Selected teams will have 8 minutes to present their research, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session. Whether presenting solo or as a team, seize this opportunity to shine and compete for thrilling prizes and certificates!

Guidelines for the event:

  • Guidelines for Abstract Submission

    • The abstract should be on a topic relevant to Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.
    • The abstract must be fewer than 300 words.
    • The abstract should be submitted in PDF format.
    • All submissions will undergo a review for authenticity and plagiarism. Submissions with excessive plagiarism will be disqualified.

  • Deadline for abstract submission: 09/02/2025

  • Guidelines for Paper Presentation

    • Participants are allowed a maximum of 15 slides in total. Exceeding this limit may lead to disqualification.
    • Each team will have a maximum of 10 minutes: 8 minutes for presenting and 2 minutes for a Q&A session.
    • The presentation title should clearly reflect the topic.
    • The content must be original; any instance of plagiarism may lead to disqualification.
