Metallum is the annual symposium cum tech fest organized by the Society of Student Metallurgists at IIEST, Shibpur. 2025 will mark the sixth edition of the fest. As the name ‘Metallum’ suggests, just like precious metals the vivid history of our department is bejeweled by some of the finest metallurgists the world has ever seen since its establishment in 1939.
