Guidelines for the event:
- Prorecruit will consist of three stages, each serving as an elimination round:
Stage 1: Online Assessment
Stage 2: Group Discussion
Stage 3: Interview
- Stage 1: Online Assessment
- This stage will test participants on their aptitude and technical knowledge.
- Participants must bring their own laptops for the assessment.
- Remote participation is not allowed; only those present at the designated location will be considered for the next stage.
- Participants should carry their own stationary as needed.
- The use of mobile phones, electronic devices, or any unfair means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
- Stage 2: Group Discussion
- Selected participants from Stage 1 will be divided into groups and assigned a discussion topic.
- Each group will engage in a group discussion within a set timeframe.
- Participants must maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the discussion
- Stage 3: Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from Stage 2 will appear before an interview panel.
- Each participant must bring a printed copy of their resume for the interview.
- The event is designed to give a real-life experience of a placement drive, so participants are expected to dress appropriately for the occasion.
- All the participants are advised to carry a printed copy of their resume to avoid any inconvenience during the event.
- Additionally, participants must be punctual to ensure the smooth flow of the event.
